The Revo Performance Pack for the MK8 Fiesta ST is a complete package of hardware and Stage 2 GPF software designed to deliver the very best performance gains possible.
Most impressively of all it’s designed to work WITH the factory GPF, factory cat and OEM exhaust system! So you’re getting a fully legal 262PS and 395NM from the 1.5L EcoBoost turbocharged MK8 Fiesta ST. Impressive!
That’s a gain of 62PS and 105NM over the factory output figures!
The package is a result of extensive development that concentrates on removing the restrictions within some of the the OEM components. The Performance Pack consists of an uprated 3/4-height super-efficient bar and plate intercooler with the accompanying throttle and charge pipes. A complete replacement air intake system right back to the turbo, consisting of our open cone filter for optimum intake noise and performance.
You can also spec it with an OEM+ uprated filter that allows you to retain the factory air box… if you prefer that sort of thing.
The Stage 2 GPF software maximises this additional flow and allows the Mk8 Fiesta ST to make those impressive peak numbers! But more than that it delivers where it matters most – optimum drivability throughout the rev range!
And the uprated hardware allows consistent performance meaning you can drive the car harder, for longer.
Why not remove the GPF?
First of all that would render the car illegal and is therefore not something Revo supports. More on GPF’s HERE.
Secondly, during testing it was clear that the GPF and factory cat are not the restrictive areas within the system.
In the interest of thorough testing (and so we could make these statements based on facts) we removed the GPF and cat completely for a short period of time to conduct our tests and found there to be only a very small (no more than 4%) performance gain.
Bare in mind its removal would then render the car completely illegal, for such a minute difference. The expense of the replacement parts and the legality risks just aren’t worth the gains, but of course that’s a decision that’s best left to each individual driver.
The Performance Pack is designed to work with and retain both of these items, keeping everything legal and keeping the costs down.
As well as offering three different switchable fuel modes and an anti-theft mode the software also delivers a number of other key features.
- Antitheft Mode – SPS Position 1
- 95ron Performance Mode – SPS Position 2
- 97ron Performance Mode – SPS Position 3
- 98/99ron or 100ron Performance Mode (an option when installed) – SPS Position 4
In SPORT mode you get enhanced overrun, improving the sound of your Fiesta ST. To make the most of this feature on our development car we fitted a GPF-back Milltek Sport system.
Cold Start protection keeps your car safe by limiting boost until the vital fluids are up to the correct operating temperature.
Temperature Protection works at the other end of the scale preventing things from getting too hot during spirited driving and when you’re pushing the car hard for longer periods.
Speed limit unlock removes the factory speed limit setting. The SPS switch is available to purchase separately.
In terms of performance this pack delivers optimum gains! If you want to take things a little further still then there are some additional options as well.
The all-new Revo RF0 Flow Formed alloy wheels in 18×8 will reduce unsprung weight significantly over the OEM rims. The 10-spoke motorsport-inspired design offers the perfect look for the car and each rim weighs in at just 8.4kg!
And, not only will the four-piston 332x28mm big brake kit offer a substantial visual upgrade it will give you all the stopping power you’ll ever need, too.
There’s an uprated torque mount available too, which reduces engine movement. The big benefit of this upgrade is to reduce wheel hop and ensure the power is transmitted to the tarmac rather than effectively ‘wasted’.
Back To The Pack
Back to the Performance Pack and as a complete package the gains are impressive. The drivability in the mid-range (where the car will spend the majority of its time) is night and day. And, the gains over our Stage 1 software alone are well worthwhile, especially when it comes to the car performing consistently for sustained periods of hard driving.
Although not essential for performance the GPF-back Milltek exhaust upgrade is a lovely addition. It really helps to bring out the overrun feature within the Stage 2 GPF software, as well as adding a substantial visual upgrade to the rear of the car.

• Increasing air flow to the engine
The Revo Performance Pack requests more air than the standard intake system is able to deliver. Included with the PP, Revo air intake systems are designed to smooth the flow of air from filter to inlet, while increasing the overall volume of air the intake system is able to deliver.
• Lowering intake air temperatures (IAT)
The Revo Intercooler utilises unique design features to keep intake air temperatures low, minimise pressure drop and allow the engine to produce sustain impressive power and torque.
• Optimised intercooler pipework routing and flow
Increase power and reduce turbo lag by replacing the restrictive stock intercooler pipework. This upgrade reduces restriction, allowing the turbo and intercooler to perform at any level of tuning.
