The Revo ProPanel is a high-grade direct replacement filter for your vehicle. Designed as direct replacement filters to fit inside your factory airbox and are suitable for road or competition use.
Why choose foam? Because, compared to paper or other filter technologies, reticulated polyester foam achieves optimum performance against three key criteria:
- Maximum airflow: the ability to allow air to pass through without causing a large drop in pressure.
- Cleaning efficiency: the capability to arrest a high proportion of airborne dust while feeding the engine clean air.
- Dust load-up tolerance: the capability to absorb a large amount of dust without reducing air flow capacity.

Revo ProPanel Filters use multi-layered foam technology to trap dust and dirt while maintaining flow efficiency over time. Using foam increases the filter’s surface area and is washable. Compared to standard paper and cotton filters which trap dust on the surface and become less efficient the more they are used, choking the engine and reducing performance.
The outer core is a coarse foam designed to trap larger particles, the second layer is a medium foam designed to trap most particles and the inner core is fine foam which will trap any particles small enough to reach it.

Revo Turbo Inlet Hoses

The Revo Turbo Inlet Hose has been designed and engineered to directly replace the stock pipe and elbow. It offers a high-quality single piece replacement for the OEM parts which allows for smoother uninterrupted airflow, improving the throttle response and performance of your vehicle.
The Revo machined inlet replaces the restrictive elbow. The machined billet aluminium inlet securely fits the OE unit using locking tabs and integrated O-rings.
With almost double the cross-sectional area compared to other available products, air can stabilise and distribute before a smooth tapered transition to the turbo. Removing the internal steps between components further ensures uninterrupted airflow and removes any unnecessary turbulence.
The Revo hose has an increased inner diameter that gradually tapers from airbox to turbo to optimise airflow while maintaining the tolerances required to fit both LHD and RHD vehicles with a standard airbox.
Designed to directly replace the plastic hose and turbo elbow, this upgrade reduces restriction and maximises smooth airflow improving both power and torque throughout the rev range.
A four-ply construction with an internal wire helix increases strength to prevent collapsing under pressure. Internal steps flush fit against the stock airbox and the machined inlet, creating a smooth transition between components ensuring the smoothest airflow possible to the turbo. A machined bung is integrated into the hose, connecting the stock PCV system vacuum.
These are a precision OE fit and feature a wire helix incorporated in the design to prevent any collapse under negative pressure from the turbo regardless of how much power you run. The inner wall of the inlet is also optimised in design and smoothed to remove any turbulence and offer the best possible airflow.

Let’s take a look at the most popular Carbon Series kit in the range – for the MQB platform – to give an idea of performance gains.
The MQB kit comes complete with a matching Carbon Series front scoop, lid, back-pipe and Pro-Panel filter completely replaces any restrictive elements of the OEM intake system. This decreases turbulence allowing a larger volume of air to reach the turbo more quickly.
Impressive results in comparison to the standard set up, peak results showed up to +41 WHP and +42 NM over stock with an average of +19WHP and +25NM throughout the rev range.

Revo Open Cone
Revo Open Cone Systems completely replace the OEM air intake for those who like to announce their vehicle is far from standard. Along with an aggressive intake sound, more air means access to more power throughout the rev-range.
Ensuring the engine can get access to enough air is paramount when increasing power, an open cone air-intake system is the most effective way of achieving this, but not all products are made equal.
Having worked with a number of intake solutions during software development Revo noticed a lack of high quality and more importantly, high flowing kits available.
Working alongside some of the biggest names in the air filter industry, we engineered and designed what is still one of the highest flowing kits available.
The pioneering design allows air to reach the turbo as quickly as possible whilst minimising turbulence and restriction. As a result, boost can be maintained for longer, giving you access to more power throughout the rev-range along with a more aggressive sound, and performance you can feel all the way to the redline.
The Revo engineering team knew that to create the most effective kit, every component had to be considered to maximise and smooth airspeed. The system is designed around a lightweight 90mm intake pipe, mandrel-bent to maintain the internal diameter in the corners and to create a one-piece solution.
This offers superior flow and avoids the air turbulence and resistance experienced on intake kits with multiple sections, usually caused at each join resulting in very turbulent airflow, ultimately restricting performance.
Ensuring correct MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor scaling is the real art when it comes to designing air intake systems if incorrect the intake system can actually reduce power and cause major fuelling issues.
The Revo kit integrates the stock MAF sensor in a specifically designed housing on the one-piece pipe to ensure correct scaling during fitment.
Three Layer Foam Filter
An intake system is only as good as the filter. This kit comes complete with a tried and tested Revo three-layer foam filter, supported by galvanised, epoxy-coated mesh to ensure the filter cannot collapse.
The filter has a large external diameter body and a smooth radius aluminium bell mouth, specifically designed for optimum airflow from the filter to pipe-work.
Revo three-stage foam filters work very differently to conventional paper or cotton-gauze, which are surface filters designed to trap particles on the outer layer, instantly causing restriction.
Revo foam filters work by trapping dirt particles within each of the oiled foam layers, allowing air to negotiate its way through the filter, reducing restriction and offering much longer service intervals. We tested the filter at a leading motor testing centre ‘Mira’ on industry recognised dust load test.
On a full dust load test, the foam filter was found to still be 99.1% efficient, filtering down to 5 microns while offering the least amount of restriction over similar products.
We also flow test all of our products at a specific facility to ensure all of our claims are backed up by facts and proof. This way we can be 100% confident that Revo products offer EXACTLY the gains you expect.
It’s all about CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) and flow velocity, but that’s another topic, for another day.
The open cone intake system features a laser-cut aluminium heat shield that ensures the filter is well insulated from ambient under-bonnet temperatures. The shielding is designed to utilise the ducting in the factory grill to maximise airflow and prevent heat-soak.
The silicone hoses included in the kit are manufactured using high-quality automotive-grade silicone, engineered to combine the system using stepped necks to offer a smooth transition of air to avoid turbulence.
