The new bar and plate intercooler boast several unique design features exclusive to Revo and include a Flush-Fit pipe upgrade kit. The new Revo intercooler was extensively tested to prove it as a market-leading upgrade. A stepped core design maximises cooling capacity. Precision cast end tanks ensure smooth and even airflow vital for performance. An integrated crash bar makes fitting easy, with an incredible 80% more core volume than stock for superb cooling capabilities.

During dyno testing on their in-house TTRS development vehicle running Revo performance ECU software, back to back testing against the OEM intercooler displayed incredible results. Peak performance gains of 40HP and 41NM torque and a remarkable 55ºC lowering of air intake temperatures. Consistent power and cooling for an engine known for extreme temperatures when driven hard. The new Revo Intercooler for the TTRS is designed to refine how your car feels to drive, so minimising pressure drop to avoid turbo lag was a key goal. Revo’s expert engineers pushed the boundaries to maximise performance with only a 0.23psi drop in pressure to combat this.
