At Revo we are constantly improving your driving experience and connection with the car, our software works seamlessly alongside OEM features and functionality of the car and enhances it where possible. We are proud to bring you Steering Wheel Switching, or more accurately file switching using the OE Cruise Control Switches (CCS), which are often integrated into the steering wheel controls, which is how we chose the name.
So what is Steering Wheel Switching? - Simple! Conveniently access switchable Revo performance modes via your vehicle's Cruise Control Switches, without the need for an additional device.
Traditionally we used our SPS Switch to allow users to switch the performance modes on their car, and this system is spot on, empowering you to adjust your fuel modes and even apply anti-theft as an additional safety measure, now we are offering this same functionality using the OE cruise control switches. At the moment this applies to the SIMOS 19.* ECUs in the later MQB platforms.
Another fantastic advantage of steering wheel switching is we can offer up to 8 performance modes, however for our applications the follwoing are typically available -
1000rpm - Stock Mode
2000rpm - 95 Ron
3000rpm - 97 Ron
4000rpm - 99 Ron
5000rpm - Valet Mode
6000rpm - Anti-theft
