Stage 4 2.0TFSI Performance Software is designed for those customers that want the ultimate from their 2.0TFSI. Whilst Stage 3 software is designed to be run with all the bolt on hardware, Stage 4 is the next progression and has been developed to maximise the potential of cars running fully built engines with uprated valve-train. Stage 4 software is a full ‘Race’ map, giving performance levels that could embarrass most supercars. With an 8000rpm rev limit, a very wide range of adjustment Stage 4 software has a lot of flexibility allowing your car to be setup to suit your requirements accounting for race fuel and water meth if you choose to. It is also fully compatible with external boost controllers for those that really want to push things to the next level. Power/Torque output depends very much on the setup and specific hardware used.

NOTE: Software settings will default to equivalent of stock (B1, F0, T0) when the battery is disconnected. An SPS or your Revo dealer can be used to reset the performance mode settings.

Hardware Requirements:

  • 3071R External Wastegate Turbo Kit with associated hardware for fitting and installation
  • RS4/R8 injectors
  • 3.0"Turbo back exhaust with high flow catalytic converter
  • Uprated or additional intercooler (S3 uses larger stock IC but additional IC is recommended)
  • highflow mechanical fuel pump
  • uprated intank fuel pump
  • uprated engine internals (rods, pistons, valve-train. Revo recommend keeping stock compression)
  • Uprated Engine Mounts 
  • Latest revision factory DV
  • Latest revision factory PCV
  • Uprated Brakes
  • NGK Iridium Spark Plugs
  • Uprated Clutch

 

Hardware Recommendations:

  • Boost gauge                 -        if you want to run an MBC and over 1.6/1.7bar peak
  • Wideband AFR gauge      -        for setup purposes
