1.0 TSI ENGINE

The 1.0 TSI is a dynamic and efficient turbocharged engine with great potential. An obvious choice for those looking for more stock power than naturally aspirated 1.0-litre alternatives on the market, without having to compromise on running costs and fuel consumption.

The three-cylinder engine found in the UP GTI delivers 116PS as standard, but initial testing indicated there was potential for much more. Revo Stage 1 software really does deliver. An increase of up to 32PS results in a much more responsive drive with power available throughout the rev-range. The extra 60NM of torque requires fewer gear changes allowing you to overtake with a lot more confidence. Fuel consumption and economy also play an important part of the Revo development process. By increasing torque and delivering power more efficiently you can expect like-for-like fuel consumption, regardless of the increase in power.
