The role will involve working from our UK headquarters to provide support for IT, servers and networks across our three buildings in Daventry, Northamptonshire along with managing IT related infrastructure.
Role Overview:
- Supporting Windows 10, Office365, issues and updates
- Supporting Emails and email filtering
- Supporting Sage300 user access
- Supporting Teams and SharePoint
- Supporting Printers, scanners, fax
- Supporting Networking and Wi-Fi
- Supporting Domain rights, new users and leavers
- Supporting user stations, computers and phones
- Managing company-wide anti-virus
- Managing SharePoint, OneDrive and file servers
- Managing Exchange Administration
- Managing phone system, door entry system
- Managing Service providers (Internet etc.)
Experience of the following would be beneficial:
- Sage 300 administration, forms, kits, etc.
- SQL Server administration
- Microsoft server and VM cluster administration
- System/file backup and recovery
- Firewall and L3 switch administration, security
- Mac user support, Mac networking
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- A full UK driving license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
