Due to the continued success of our recently launched Performance Centre in Daventry, Northants we are looking for a Sale Manager to with extensive performance parts and/or Automotive Aftermarket knowledge with an eye for excellent customer service, the candidate would manage the day to day flow of customers through the RPC, from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
Take incoming calls and emails for Workshop Bookings and parts sales.
Manage quotations and bookings
Liaise with various 3rd party suppliers
Offer technical advice to suit customer requirements
Communicate with customers through various digital channels.
Build a long-term rapport with regular retail customers.
Actively seek new business.
Actively promote Revo’s Performance Centre and communicate on various social media channels.
Process orders from various outlets.
Liaise with and support all other departments within the business.

Proactive and enthusiastic and knowledgeable when speaking with customers.
Computer literate inc Microsoft Office.
Work well with others in the department respecting other people’s duties.
A positive outlook with a ‘can do attitude’
Have a keen interest or experience in the automotive aftermarket particularly VAG or Ford Marques.

Salary: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
