Technical Sales Advisor

Revo has an exciting opportunity for a professional customer-focused Sales Advisor who is looking for a new, more rewarding challenge within a long-established business.

 

The role will involve:

  • Provide front end technical and sales support to dealers and end users (phone, email, social media support)
  • Retain and build relationships with clients to up-date, including up-dating notes and progress of on-going projects, where applicable
  • Provide commercial, technical and ‘motivational’ support to the dealer network
  • Understanding the Revo product library, support systems and dealer processes
  • Process Dealer re-credit requests, code requests, and other required ‘dealer’ processes
  • Contribute to the upkeep of sales documentation for both internal and external use
  • Support the Revo brand with event representation
  • Any other business
  • Working from our UK headquarters in Daventry, Northamptonshire

 

The successful applicant must possess the following:

  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience of performance aftermarket upgrades
  • Ability to prompty and professionally communicate with customers in an intelligent and informed way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good PC skills

 

The following experience would be beneficial:

  • Dealer account management
  • Dealer setup/sales, customer interaction, public events, magazine reviews/interaction
  • Dealer setup/training
