Revo has an exciting opportunity for a professional customer-focused Sales Advisor who is looking for a new, more rewarding challenge within a long-established business.
The role will involve:
- Provide front end technical and sales support to dealers and end users (phone, email, social media support)
- Retain and build relationships with clients to up-date, including up-dating notes and progress of on-going projects, where applicable
- Provide commercial, technical and ‘motivational’ support to the dealer network
- Understanding the Revo product library, support systems and dealer processes
- Process Dealer re-credit requests, code requests, and other required ‘dealer’ processes
- Contribute to the upkeep of sales documentation for both internal and external use
- Support the Revo brand with event representation
- Any other business
- Working from our UK headquarters in Daventry, Northamptonshire
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience of performance aftermarket upgrades
- Ability to prompty and professionally communicate with customers in an intelligent and informed way
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good PC skills
The following experience would be beneficial:
- Dealer account management
- Dealer setup/sales, customer interaction, public events, magazine reviews/interaction
- Dealer setup/training
