Revo is looking for Technical Support Engineers to join our expanding engineering department based in the UK
The role will involve:
- Provide front end technical and sales support to dealers and end users (phone, email, social media support)
- Process Dealer re-credit requests, code requests, and other required ‘dealer’ processes
- When required install and setup software on customer vehicles
- Contribute to the upkeep of support documentation for both internal and external use
- Contribute to upkeep of Revo product libraries and Revo dealer suites
- When available support dealers with ‘out of working hours’ requirements
- Where applicable aid with technical research and testing
- Support the Revo brand with event representation
- Any other business
- Working from our UK headquarters in Daventry, Northamptonshire
The successful applicant must possess the following:
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience of performance aftermarket upgrades
- Ability to prompty and professionally answer support related queries in an intelligent and informed way
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Practical Engineering approach with good PC skills
The following experience would be beneficial:
- Creation of technical reference material; datasheets, instruction manuals
- Support of internal departments for new dealer sales, customer interaction, public events, magazine reviews/interaction
- Dealer setup/training
- Vehicle data capture/data analysis
